Christina L. Saccocio
CHRISTINA L. SACCOCIO, State Delegate, graduated magna cum laude from the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School in 2014. She received her undergraduate degree in business administration with a minor in political science from the State University of New York, College at Geneseo in 2011.
While in law school, Ms. Saccocio served as a publications editor for the Buffalo Law Review and the Buffalo Human Rights Law Review. Additionally, she represented the law school on its Trial Advocacy Team, and was a finalist at the Peter J. Johnson National Civil Rights Trial Team Competition. During her final year of law school, Ms. Saccocio worked as a judicial intern for the Honorable Erin M. Peradotto, Appellate Division, Fourth Judicial Department. She also completed an internship at the Erie County District Attorney’s Office, where she assisted in the preparation of several motions.
Ms. Saccocio is a state delegate for the Women’s Bar Association of Western New York, where she serves on the newsletter commit and previously served on the Judicial committee. She is also a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Erie County Bar Association.
