Jenna McDonnell is the Deputy Treasurer and a Local Director. Jenna is a Partner in the Defense Litigation department at Mullins McDonnell PLLC. Jenna is experienced in the defense of casualty and negligence matters including toxic tort liability, trucking liability, motor vehicle liability, premises liability, products liability, and municipal liability claims. Jenna is admitted to practice in the State of New York and in the United States Supreme Court and District Court for the Northern, Eastern, Western and Southern Districts of New York. Jenna regularly appears in state and federal courts throughout upstate New York and handles matters from initial case investigation through resolution or trial.

Jenna has been recognized as a “Rising Star” for her work in defense litigation by Super Lawyers since 2019 and is recognized by Marquis Who’s Who.

Jenna earned her Juris Doctor from George Mason University School of Law in Arlington, Virginia. Jenna is also a graduate of Niagara University where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and served as a member of the President’s Society.

Jenna is a member of the Erie County Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, DRI and Phi Alpha Delta in addition to WBASNY WNY. Jenna is a member of the Board of Advisors for Niagara University and President of the Board for UCHS/Senior Wishes, which grants life-enriching wishes to local seniors. Jenna previously served on the Board for the Pet Emergency Fund.

Jenna is a native of Western New York and lives with her husband and two children in Wheatfield, New York.
