Rachael Sparacino is a Local Director, Chair of the New Lawyers Committee, and a member of the UB Liaison Committee. 

Rachael is an Associate Immigration Attorney at Richards and Jurusik Immigration Law. Rachael specializes in handling both employment-based nonimmigrant petitions, such as H-1Bs, TNs, and L1s, and employment-based immigrant applications. Her expertise encompasses National Interest Waivers, Multinational Managers and Executives cases, and navigating green card processes through PERM. Rachael also specializes in family-based immigration and naturalization applications. 

Rachael earned her Juris Doctor from the University at Buffalo School of Law, where she completed a concentration in Cross-Border Legal studies.
