Rachael Sparacino is a State Delegate for WBASNY WNY. 

Rachael is an Attorney at Serotte Law Firm, specializing in business immigration. Rachael assists companies and individuals navigate the complexities of U.S. immigration through securing nonimmigrant work status for them and ultimately permanent residency status. 

Rachael earned her Juris Doctor from the University at Buffalo School of Law in 2022 and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations, European Studies, and from Canisius University in 2019.

Rachael was awarded the Carol A. Condon Outstanding New Lawyers Award from WBASNY in 2025 and has been recognized as a 2024 and 2025 “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers for her contributions to immigration law.
